Constitutional law comprises of the powers and rights of the government branches. Constitutional law is established from the State and the Federal court rulings. These court rulings have a clear interpretations of the respective constitutions and they make sure that the laws passed do not violate the constitutional limits. Constitutional law grants some particular powers to government, such as power to tax and the welfare spend in a population.
